At Alta Rolling Oaks, we know pets are family. That is why our community is designed to be just as welcoming for your four-legged companions as it is for you. Whether your dog loves long walks, your cat enjoys lounging in sunny windows, or you simply want a home where your pets are truly welcomed, Alta Rolling Oaks offers the space and convenience to make life easier for both of you.
Our spacious one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes give pets room to stretch out, relax, and feel at home. Select floor plans feature private patios or balconies, and the community’s open green spaces and nearby walking areas make it easy to enjoy time outside together. Residents also have access to pet-friendly amenities like an on-site pet park and pet washing station, making everyday routines more convenient.
Located near Loop 1604 and I-35, Alta Rolling Oaks places you close to nearby parks, trails, pet stores, and veterinary offices throughout Northeast San Antonio. Whether you are heading out for a walk, stocking up on treats, or planning a weekend adventure with your dog, everything you need is close to home.
Alta Rolling Oaks welcomes up to two pets per apartment with no weight limit, because we know pets come in all shapes and sizes. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet, monthly pet rent of $25 per pet, and standard breed restrictions do apply. We also partner with PetScreening to make the approval process simple and easy for pet owners.
Standard Breed Restrictions: Chows, Pitbulls, German Shepherds, Akitas, Mastiffs, Bull Terriers, Dobermans, and mixes of these breeds.
